We are offering any players interested in pursuing a career in football the chance to take part in 'Football Futures'. The aim of the ‘Football Futures’ Programme is to support young people across the County of Essex as they look to gain invaluable experience and knowledge through volunteering their time to work in football.

Who is the programme for?

The programme is for any young person aged 14-21.

What are the benefits?

  • Receive Certificates for the voluntary hours you complete, helping to build portfolio of achievement 
  • Support ECFA development team events including County futsal finals, England Football Day and many more 
  • Build your experience to potentially become part of our ECFA Youth Council 
  • Gain vital work experience with a National governing body, critical in any job application 
  • Attend our Annual Football Futures Awards Ceremony where a host of awards will be presented 
  • Be matched up with potential employers e.g. Chelsea FC Foundation, Colchester United Football in the Community
