Since our foundation in 1976 with just two teams we have achieved FA charter standard accreditation and gained an excellent reputation in the local community.

Today Baddow Spartak F.C. provides football for a wide range of age groups. Mini soccer from Under 7’s to Under 10’s, youth football from Under 11’s, to senior football for players over 16. We also have a dedicated and successful football development programme encouraging boys and girls from 4 -6 years of age to experience the joy of playing football, through our Development and Mini Kickers squads. We train throughout the season, hold a yearly Summer Soccer School and provide a fun, positive and safe environment for players of all ages and ability to enjoy football under the guidance of FA qualified coaches.

Furthermore the club have established links with Chelsea Football Club-Foundation, Essex Development. The partnership will provide quality football and personal development to Baddow Spartak and the wider community regardless of age, gender or ability. Together we will offer a variety of football development programmes in addition to a number of community cohesion initiatives. The initiative is for Chelsea FC Foundation staff to work together with Baddow Spartak Coaches in an ongoing programme of coaching and player development. Players who show an above standard technique will be offered a higher level of training, that may lead to being recommended for the Chelsea FC Academy.

Chelsea FC will monitor club coaches and provide positive and important information and education. Club coaches will be supported and nurtured and mentored, helping to develop social and leadership skills and increase self-esteem and confidence.

The aim is to provide positive guidance, through workshops and assistance with team training and matches, to enhance player skills, fitness and experience and to promote respect for opponents, officials and all those involved in the game. Through continued club development it is the objective of the partnership to develop Baddow Spartak F.C. into one of the foremost youth football clubs in the county.
